Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the chicken broth, sour cream, and milk until well combined.
- Add the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, peas, and half of the cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
