Ingredients
- 11 oz chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon paprika (divided)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (divided)

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ cup sparkling water

- Black pepper (to taste)
- 4 cups frying oil (like sunflower oil)
Instructions
- Chop the chicken into a purée.
- Mix puréed chicken with half the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into nuggets and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Heat frying oil in a pan until it reaches 355°F/180°C.
- In another bowl, mix flour with remaining paprika, garlic powder, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge nuggets in the flour mixture until coated.
- Add sparkling water to flour mix to create a batter.
- Dredge nuggets in the batter.
- Fry nuggets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Pat dry with paper towels and serve.
