- 5 slices beef bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s butter, melted
- 5 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- 25 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper
- 25 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions
- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Collect all the necessary items. Set your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) to heat up. If a 10-inch oven-safe skillet isn’t available, lightly grease a 7×11-inch baking dish instead.
- Cook the beef bacon in a big oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, turning now and then, until it’s browned evenly, approximately 10 minutes. Lay the cooked bacon on paper towels to drain, then crumble and leave aside.
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper by whisking them together; pour this mixture into your oven-safe skillet or the baking dish you prepared. Scatter the chopped green onions and crumbled bacon on top. Layer with Cheddar cheese.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, which should take around 25 to 30 minutes.
