Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (any variety)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked pasta back into the skillet along with the lemon juice and grated parmesan cheese.
- Toss everything together until well mixed and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

For enhanced flavor, consider mixing different types of mushrooms. Use unsalted butter for better control of saltiness.
