Description

A quick and delightful pasta dish featuring garlic, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any variety)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add the cooked pasta back into the skillet along with the lemon juice and grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Toss everything together until well mixed and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
