Ingredients
- 2 cans (525g each) chicken pot pie style soup (1050g total)
- 1 bag (340g) frozen mixed vegetables (600ml)
- 2 1/2 cups (375g) cubed beef
- 1 can (290g) refrigerated flaky layers original biscuits (5 Count)
Instructions
- In a 4-quart pot, combine the soup, frozen vegetables, and cubed beef. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 2 minutes, stirring from time to time. Transfer the mixture into an ungreased 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
- At the same time, separate each biscuit into 2 layers and then cut each layer into 4 pieces. Distribute the biscuit pieces over the heated mixture.
- Place in an oven set to 375°F and bake without a cover for 16 to 20 minutes, or until the biscuits achieve a light golden-brown color.
