Description

A quick and nutritious dish blending diced chicken breast with orzo pasta and vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional) for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
