Ingredients

  • – 16 ounces (454 g) riced cauliflower
  • – 12 ounces (340 g) broccoli florets
  • – 2 cups (480 ml) cooked shredded chicken
  • – 4 slices beef bacon
  • – 3 cups (360 g) grated cheddar cheese, divided
  • – 2 large eggs
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
  • – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) mustard powder
  • – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) cracked pepper


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the cauliflower rice and broccoli until they are soft and fully cooked.
  3. Cook the beef bacon until it’s crispy, then break it into small bits.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, broccoli, chicken, bacon, eggs, 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, and the seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
