A delicious and creamy low carb keto white chicken chili perfect for a warm family gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 can Green chilies
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
Instructions
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add the chicken breast and cook until browned.
- Stir in the green chilies, cumin, chili powder, and paprika.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Simmer until the chili thickens.
- Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, consider adding more heavy cream just before serving.
