Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- Pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs to the potatoes. Toss to coat.
- In a baking dish, place the seasoned potatoes and arrange the chicken breasts on top.
- Season the chicken with additional salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
