- 1 (17oz) jar orange marmalade
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- Cooked white or brown rice for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the popcorn chicken and rice according to the package instructions.
- Combine the orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce in a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
- Gently mix the cooked popcorn chicken with the hot orange sauce in a large bowl.
- Serve the orange chicken over a bed of rice.
