- 1 packet (about 1 ounce) dry ranch dressing mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 minced cloves fresh garlic)
Instructions
- Layer chopped chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Spread softened cream cheese over the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic-ranch seasoning mix over the cream cheese.
- Pour low-sodium chicken broth over the layers ensuring the chicken is covered.
- Set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
