Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (choose any color you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add broccoli, onion, and bell pepper, stir-frying for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour teriyaki sauce and soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
