Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 8 oz Salsa
- 15 oz Black Beans (Rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
Instructions
- Pour the salsa into the crockpot.
- Add the chicken breast.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Add the rinsed and drained black beans.
- Mix in the frozen corn.
- Stir gently to combine, ensuring sauce is underneath the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 480 minutes or on HIGH for 240 minutes.
- After cooking, shred the chicken with a fork.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider marinating the chicken in salsa overnight. Check on it halfway through cooking and add a splash of chicken broth if needed.
