Description
A comforting and easy-to-make foil-wrapped chicken dish with seasoned potatoes, bacon, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 large Potatoes
- 4 strips Bacon
- 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or grill to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- On a large piece of aluminum foil, place the chicken breasts in the center.
- Layer the seasoned potatoes and chopped bacon on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and add fresh herbs if desired.
- Fold the foil tightly to create a sealed packet.
- Place the packet in the oven or on the grill for 25-30 minutes.
- Carefully open the foil packets and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure the chicken is cooked through by checking that juices run clear.
