Description

A comforting and easy-to-make foil-wrapped chicken dish with seasoned potatoes, bacon, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 large Potatoes
  • 4 strips Bacon
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Fresh herbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or grill to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. On a large piece of aluminum foil, place the chicken breasts in the center.
  4. Layer the seasoned potatoes and chopped bacon on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and add fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Fold the foil tightly to create a sealed packet.
  7. Place the packet in the oven or on the grill for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Carefully open the foil packets and serve hot.

Ensure the chicken is cooked through by checking that juices run clear.
