Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces
  • Dry apple cider
  • Crispy bacon
  • Fresh thyme
  • Apple wedges
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
