Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cornstarch (or potato starch)
- Oil for frying
- Green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or pan over medium heat.
- Dredge marinated chicken pieces in cornstarch until fully coated.
- Fry the chicken in batches for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
