Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and slice.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning to the same skillet. Bring to a simmer and let it thicken slightly.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring to mix.
- Return the sliced chicken to the skillet, and toss everything together.
- Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
