Ingredients

- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 lb (454 g) beef sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your favorite)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
- 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s heavy cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- For the Garlic Butter Sausage Bites:
- Brown the Sausage: Warm the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Place the sausage pieces in the pan and cook until they are golden on both sides, approximately 4-5 minutes. Take the sausage out of the pan and put it aside.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: Using the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until you can smell the aroma. Return the sausage to the pan, stirring so it gets coated in the garlic butter. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to your liking. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
