Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with the sauce, tossing everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For best results, don’t overcrowd the pan while cooking and use fresh vegetables for more flavor.
