Description

A quick and satisfying recipe for garlic Parmesan chicken and pasta featuring a rich, creamy sauce and juicy chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  4. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the sauce.
