Description
A quick and satisfying recipe for garlic Parmesan chicken and pasta featuring a rich, creamy sauce and juicy chicken.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the pan, stirring to combine everything well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Consider making a larger batch of sauce for creamier pasta. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for best flavor.
