Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs uniformly over the mayonnaise-coated chicken breasts.
