Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Arrange the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
