Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Ensure your ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. Brush ketchup or BBQ sauce on top in the last 10 minutes for a tasty glaze.
