Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken and potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the chicken and potatoes on a sheet pan in a single layer.
