Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 6 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Trim excess fat from the chicken tenders for even cooking.
- Prepare three bowls: mix flour with salt and pepper in one, combine olive oil and minced garlic in another, and mix Panko breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese in the last bowl.
- Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully covered.
- Dip each floured chicken tender in the garlic oil mixture.
- Finally, coat each tender with the Panko breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to make sure it sticks.
- Arrange the chicken tenders on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the tenders and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Notes
