Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 teaspoons garlic powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Dip each thigh into the olive oil and garlic mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Dredge the coated thigh through the bread crumb and cheese mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks.
- Place the coated chicken thigh in the prepared baking dish.
- Repeat for each remaining thigh until all are coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Check that each thigh reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- For added crispiness, place the baking dish under the broiler for about 2 minutes to brown the cheese.

For optimal results, use fresh garlic and avoid overcrowding the chicken in the baking dish.
