Description

A perfect blend of zest and comfort, Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs feature juicy chicken thighs coated in a crispy garlic and parmesan crust, creating a memorable meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 teaspoons garlic powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. Dip each thigh into the olive oil and garlic mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Dredge the coated thigh through the bread crumb and cheese mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks.
  5. Place the coated chicken thigh in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Repeat for each remaining thigh until all are coated.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Check that each thigh reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  9. For added crispiness, place the baking dish under the broiler for about 2 minutes to brown the cheese.

Notes

For optimal results, use fresh garlic and avoid overcrowding the chicken in the baking dish.
