Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bone-in chicken wings (907 g)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil (60 ml)
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 c. finely grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving (75 g)
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted (113 g)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). crushed red pepper flakes
  • Caesar dressing, for dipping


Instructions

  1. Position an oven rack in the middle; heat the oven to 400°F. Place a wire rack on a large rimmed baking sheet. In a sizable bowl, combine the wings with oil and season them with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Move the wings onto the prepared wire rack and bake them until they are golden and crispy, which should take approximately 50 minutes.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix the minced garlic, grated Parmesan, melted butter, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Add the baked wings to this mixture and toss until they are evenly coated.
  4. Place the coated wings on a serving platter. Sprinkle additional Parmesan on top. Offer Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
