- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) black pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Stir in fresh thyme leaves until well combined.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the lemon honey Dijon mixture over the chicken, ensuring even coating.
- Toss the chicken to coat thoroughly in the marinade.
