Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, grated carrot, parsley, and egg in a large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano, stirring well.
  4. Form small patties about the size of a golf ball from the mixture.
  5. Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
