Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, grated carrot, parsley, and egg in a large bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano, stirring well.
- Form small patties about the size of a golf ball from the mixture.
- Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding grated cheese or a touch of sour cream for moisture. Chill the patties before baking for better shape retention.
