Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Feta cheese (optional)
- Burger buns
- Tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated zucchini, red bell pepper, onion, parsley, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. If using, fold in the feta cheese.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Serve the burgers on buns with tzatziki sauce and your choice of toppings.
