Description

Juicy Greek chicken burgers infused with fresh vegetables and fragrant herbs, perfect for summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Feta cheese (optional)
  • Burger buns
  • Tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated zucchini, red bell pepper, onion, parsley, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. If using, fold in the feta cheese.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
