Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 large lemons
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
