Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
- Preheat the grill or oven to the desired temperature.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
