Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken breasts into the bowl, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Grill or bake the chicken tenders for about 6-7 minutes per side until they achieve a golden brown color and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
