Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the tzatziki: in a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
- Serve the grilled chicken with a generous dollop of tzatziki on top.
