Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- For the tzatziki sauce, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the tzatziki sauce on the side.
