Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. For the tzatziki sauce, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
