Description

A delightful blend of seasoned beef, gooey cheese, and creamy sauces wrapped in a warm tortilla, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes.
  2. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning, and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  4. Layer tortillas with cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
  5. Grill the burrito in a skillet with butter or oil for 3–4 minutes on each side until crispy.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with beans or textured vegetable protein. Monitor cooking heat for optimal crispiness.
