A delightful blend of seasoned beef, gooey cheese, and creamy sauces wrapped in a warm tortilla, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes.
- Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning, and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Layer tortillas with cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
- Grill the burrito in a skillet with butter or oil for 3–4 minutes on each side until crispy.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with beans or textured vegetable protein. Monitor cooking heat for optimal crispiness.
