Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream or dairy-free alternative
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add broccoli florets. Cook for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, add olive oil and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
