Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions

- Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) while the chicken marinates.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Marinate for longer than 30 minutes if time allows, and always let the chicken rest before slicing to retain juices.
