Description

A delightful fusion of grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a zesty dressing, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the salad.
  5. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cooked bacon, diced avocado, corn, crumbled blue cheese, and chopped tomatoes.
  6. Once the chicken is done, slice it and add it to the salad.
  7. Toss the salad gently and serve.
