Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
