Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
