Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillets in half lengthwise.
- Place them in a large bowl along with the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, and kosher salt.
- Mix well to ensure all the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat the grill over medium heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and no longer pink in the middle.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
