Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine diced mango, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
