- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) pepper
Instructions
- Coat the chicken pieces with olive oil and the designated seasonings for the chicken.
- Prepare the sauce by melting the margarine, then incorporate the minced garlic, grated Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder. Allow it to gently simmer.
- Set the grill to a medium-high temperature. Skewer the chicken pieces.
- Cook on the grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally, until the chicken reaches a temperature of 165°F internally.
- During the final moments of grilling, apply the garlic Parmesan butter sauce to the chicken. Serve with the remaining sauce on the side. Enjoy!
Notes
- Ensure the chicken is thoroughly coated with olive oil and seasonings to seal in flavor and moisture during grilling.
- Be cautious not to overcook the chicken tenders on the grill to avoid dryness and toughness.
- Adjust the hot sauce and red pepper flakes to your preferred spiciness level in the garlic Parmesan butter sauce. Garnish with extra minced parsley for added color and flavor.
