Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into burger patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Top each burger with shredded cheese in the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on buns and adding sliced avocado. Serve immediately.
Notes
Chill the patties for 15-20 minutes before cooking to help them hold shape. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
