Description

A healthy and delicious ground chicken pizza crust that offers a guilt-free alternative to traditional pizzas.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and egg in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly until well blended.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the parchment paper, forming a circle about 10–12 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–22 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  6. Allow to rest for 3–5 minutes before adding your desired toppings.
  7. Return to the oven for another 8–10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For easier mixing, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. If the crust is sticky, wet your hands or use parchment paper to manage it more easily. Consider adding olive oil for moisture if needed.
