Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
- Next, add the ground chicken to the skillet. Cook until it browns, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
