Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
