Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can (15 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
