Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken on a sheet pan and pour the glaze over it.
- Add pineapple chunks and sliced bell peppers around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
