Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
- Add chicken thighs and pineapple chunks to the marinade, coating them well.
- Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Serve the chicken topped with the remaining pineapple chunks and garnish with green onions.
