Description

Delightful oven-baked chicken and broccoli nuggets that are easy to make and packed with nutrition for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for baking


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into nugget shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly drizzle or spray the nuggets with olive oil.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftover nuggets in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
