Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to ensure even distribution of the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with a generous layer of shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
